Roll-off dumpster rental in Frisco

About 38 miles due north of the yard, roughly 47 minutes — the Dallas North Tollway to Main Street and Frisco Square.

Frisco is the Tollway north from the yard, about 47 minutes to City Hall at Frisco Square, and next morning as a rule. The city went from 34,000 people in 2000 to 237,000 today, so nearly all of its housing is post-2000, owner-occupancy is 66% (Census) and the median home value is the highest of any city we serve.

The work is roofs after hail, the first kitchens and baths in 2000s houses, pool and patio projects, and commercial fit-outs around the Star, Stonebriar and Frisco Square. Frisco also has the most direct roll-off rule of any city on our run, and we explain it below.

Local knowledge

Getting our bearings in Frisco

Knowing a city properly is the difference between covering it and showing up with the right box.

  • Frisco Square — the new downtown and city hall; the Star — Dallas Cowboys headquarters and the Ford Center.
  • Stonebriar Centre, Toyota Stadium, Riders Field, PGA of America headquarters and the Omni PGA resort.
  • The Dallas North Tollway, the Sam Rayburn Tollway (SH 121), Preston Road and US 380 are the corridors.
  • Post-2000 housing almost everywhere — the first wave of remodels and roofs is arriving now.
  • Collin County, with a portion in Denton County.

How we reach Frisco

The Tollway north from the yard; Main Street, Eldorado Parkway, Lebanon Road and Stonebrook Parkway east–west; Preston Road, Legacy Drive and FM 423 north–south. Next morning as a rule.

What comes out of Frisco properties

Roofs after hail, kitchens and baths in houses now 15 to 25 years old, pool and patio projects, fences, and commercial fit-outs. Waste Connections collects residential trash with a five-item bulk limit, excludes tree limbs and stumps from bulk, and the City's own Rent-a-Bin program is for small cleanups and "not designed for construction waste."

Permits, placement and who may haul in Frisco

Right-of-way: no container permit found; the City's own open-top rules require a hard, level surface, no gravel roads, 22 feet of overhead and 30 feet of frontal clearance, and the customer's responsibility for private property bearing the truck's weight. Keep it on the property.

Who may haul — the rule that matters: the City itself sells temporary open-top containers, hauled by its contractor Waste Connections, and its Construction Waste Services page says "the use of another contractor and/or their equipment for this purpose is not permitted within city limits. Anyone found in violation will be subject to a fine." Ordinance 06-11-119 requires a $1,000 deposit per account; containers are ordered through Environmental Services, 972-292-5915. We state this plainly: tell us the job and we will tell you straight where it stands.

Summarized from the city's published code and web pages as read in October 2026. Codes change — confirm with the department listed before you rely on it.

How it works

Booking a dumpster in Frisco

Booking a container here takes one phone call and about five minutes.

  1. 1

Call and tell us the job

One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the container needs to sit, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No forms, no waiting on an email.

  2. 2

We size it and quote it flat

You get one number covering delivery, the 7-day rental, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.

  3. 3

    Delivered where you want it

The driver walks the spot with you and sets the container square on the driveway, lot or job site, boards under the rails. Same-day in Dallas if you called before noon.

  4. 4

    Load at your own pace

Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.

  5. 5

We haul it and sort it right

Concrete, metal and green waste get routed for recovery where North Texas facilities allow; the rest goes to a permitted landfill. You get your driveway back the way you left it.

Local answers

Dumpster rental in Frisco — common questions

Is Frisco same-day or next-day?

Next morning as a rule — about 47 minutes up the Tollway.

Can a dumpster sit in the street in Frisco?

The City's own container rules require a hard, level surface on private property and we found no street permit. The driveway is the answer.

Does Frisco restrict who can supply a roll-off?

Yes — the City sells its own open-top containers and says use of another contractor is not permitted within city limits. Tell us what the job is and we will say honestly what we can do.

Service area

Every DFW city we cover

We run roll-off containers out of our south-west Dallas yard to every city below. Dallas and the southern suburbs are usually same-day; the north and east of the metroplex are next-day. Several cities reserve roll-offs to their own contracted hauler — each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.
