Junk Removal across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex
Junk removal is the other half of what we do. Instead of dropping a container and coming back in a week, a crew arrives, loads what you point at, sweeps up and leaves. It suits the jobs where the problem is labor rather than volume: a garage of heavy furniture, a rental the tenant walked away from, an office full of desks, an estate where the family lives out of state.
The rule of thumb we use on the phone: if it is a couple of pickup loads and you want it gone today, call the crew. If it is a whole house or anything that will take you more than a day to sort, a container on the driveway is cheaper because you are paying for the box, not the hours. We will say which — we run both.
At a glance
What you get with junk removal
- A crew that loads, hauls and sweeps up
- A price for the whole pile before the work starts
- Furniture, appliances, mattresses, boxes, yard junk and office fixtures
- Same-day and next-day slots in Dallas and the southern suburbs
- Metal, cardboard and reusable items routed for recovery where facilities allow
- Container on the driveway instead if the job turns out bigger
Cleanouts, turnovers and the one-off pile
Estate and move-out cleanouts are the biggest category: the furniture nobody wants, the appliances, the garage full of boxes. Rental turnovers are next — landlords and property managers with a unit to empty before the next tenant. Then the one-off pile: the hot tub, the sectional, the old swing set, the fence panels the storm flattened.
For businesses it is office strip-outs — desks, chairs, filing cabinets — and retail fixture removal. Anything that would otherwise sit by the curb waiting for a bulk day that may be weeks away.
Junk removal or a dumpster — which is cheaper?
A rough rule: if the job is a couple of pickup loads and you want it gone today, call the crew. If it is a whole house, a renovation or anything that will take you more than a day to sort, a container on the driveway is cheaper because you are paying for the box, not the hours. We will say which on the phone — we rent both.

Junk removal — the DFW specifics
The City of Dallas collects bulky items from single-family homes once a month, up to 10 cubic yards, set out behind the curb — but not building materials, roofing, concrete or anything from a contractor's project, and not on your timeline. Most suburbs run a similar program with their own limits. Junk removal is for the pile that cannot wait for bulk day or will not fit it.

Answers
Junk Removal — your questions answered
How is junk removal priced?
By the volume on the truck, quoted before the crew starts. Send a photo of the pile and we will give you a number on the phone.
Do I need to be there?
For the first visit, yes — someone needs to point at what goes and what stays. After that, a gate code and a phone number usually do it.
Can you take appliances?
Yes. Fridges, freezers and air conditioners get their refrigerant handled separately; everything else goes straight on the truck.
Do you take yard waste?
Fence panels, limbs and bagged debris, yes. A whole lot of brush is usually a container job — we will say so.
How fast can a crew come?
Often the same day in Dallas and the southern suburbs if you call early; next day across the metroplex.
