Commercial Dumpster Rental in Dallas, TX — Metro Bin Dallas

Commercial Dumpster Rental across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex

Commercial customers have a different problem from homeowners: they do not need one container, they need the right container at the right time, every time, without chasing it. Property managers turning over apartments along the Stemmons corridor, restaurants in Deep Ellum and Bishop Arts refitting between leases, offices in Las Colinas clearing a floor — the work is routine for us and the scheduling is the service.

We run swap-outs, staggered deliveries across several sites, and monthly invoicing for repeat clients. The container sizes are the same as everyone else gets — 10 to 40 yards — but the conversation is about volume per week and access hours rather than one job.

At a glance

What you get with commercial dumpster rental

  • Monthly invoicing and dedicated contact for repeat clients
  • Delivery timed to loading-dock and lot access windows
  • 20, 30 and 40 yard containers for commercial volume
  • Same flat-rate pricing, with volume rates for recurring work
  • Local dispatch that answers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Retail refits, office strip-outs and property turnovers

A retailer clearing a store before a new tenant, an office floor being stripped to the slab, a property manager with a dozen apartments to turn in a month — these jobs produce bulky, light debris in volume, and the 30 and 40 yard containers exist for exactly that. Restaurant refits are the one that runs heavy, because of the tile, the hood and the slab work.

Dallas itself does not run a dumpster or roll-off service — the City's own Sanitation pages say commercial properties must use a private hauler — so the commercial roll-off market in the city is served by franchised private companies. Several suburbs do the opposite and route commercial containers through a single contracted hauler; each city page says which.

Placement on commercial property

On a private lot, loading area or behind the building, a container in Dallas needs nothing from the City; the code only asks that the placement of containers serving commercial premises be approved by the director of sanitation where the chapter does not otherwise regulate it. If it has to go in a street or alley, the Public Works Right-of-Way Management office (214-948-4290) issues right-of-way and traffic control permits, and a lane closure needs a traffic control plan. Downtown, Uptown and Deep Ellum jobs run into this regularly, and we build it into the delivery plan.

Commercial dumpster rental — the DFW specifics

Who may supply a commercial container differs city by city across the metroplex. Dallas requires private haulers to hold a City solid waste collection franchise; Irving excludes construction and demolition haulers from its franchise article; Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Lewisville, Mesquite, Arlington, Rowlett and DeSoto reserve commercial and construction containers to their contracted hauler by ordinance. We state what each city's code says on its page and tell you where your job stands before the truck leaves the yard.
