Where we deliver
We run roll-off containers out of our south-west Dallas yard to every city below. Dallas and the southern suburbs are usually same-day; the north and east of the metroplex are next-day. Several cities reserve roll-offs to their own contracted hauler — each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.

Can I book online?
Every job starts with a phone call, because the questions that decide the price — material, weight, access — are faster to answer out loud. Email info@metrobindallas.com if you need to send specs or photos first and we will call you back.
What are your hours?
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Storm requests go to the same number; if we can help, we will.
Can I visit the yard?
By appointment. Most scheduling happens on the phone, but we are glad to meet contractors and property managers in person.
How soon will you call back if I email?
Usually the same day; if you need an answer sooner, the phone is answered around the clock.
Do you serve my city?
If it is in the DFW metroplex, very likely. The service area page lists every city, each with its own page — including the cities whose codes reserve roll-offs to their own contracted hauler.
How do I schedule a pickup?
Call or text when the container is full. Pickup is usually next day; you do not need to be home, just keep the path clear.
