Roll-off dumpster rental in Irving

About 12 miles north-north-west of the yard, roughly 19 minutes — Loop 12 north to Irving Boulevard.

Irving is Loop 12 north from the yard, about 19 minutes to City Hall on Irving Boulevard, and usually same-day when you call before noon. It is a city of two halves: the master-planned west — Las Colinas, the Urban Center, Valley Ranch, the Toyota Music Factory — and the older neighborhoods of east and south Irving.

Only 38% of homes are owner-occupied (Census), the lowest of the cities we serve, which means apartment and condo turnovers are a large share of the work alongside the remodels and roofs on the older east-side streets.

Local knowledge

Getting our bearings in Irving

Knowing a city properly is the difference between covering it and showing up with the right box.

  • Las Colinas — the mixed-use master-planned district with the Urban Center, the Mustangs of Las Colinas and the Toyota Music Factory.
  • Valley Ranch — a master-planned development in the north-west.
  • Eastern Irving has the older neighborhoods; the former Texas Stadium site was demolished in 2010.
  • Part of DFW International Airport lies in the city; SH 114, SH 183 and I-635 are the corridors.
  • Irving runs its own roll-off rental and lists eleven franchised commercial haulers — and its code expressly excludes construction and demolition haulers from the franchise rule.

How we reach Irving

Loop 12 from the yard to Irving Boulevard (SH 356) for the south and east; SH 183 (Airport Freeway) east–west through the center; SH 114 for Las Colinas; I-635 and the Bush Turnpike across the north. Same-day in most of the city when you call before noon.

What comes out of Irving properties

Apartment and condo turnovers across the west side, kitchens, baths and roofs in the older east-side neighborhoods, and commercial build-outs in Las Colinas. The City's Solid Waste Services collects four bulky items a week and brush cut to four-foot lengths, and its code says construction and demolition debris of any kind will not be collected by the city — the owner removes it privately.

Permits, placement and who may haul in Irving

Right-of-way: Code §33-18.22(q) says no one shall place collection equipment or commercial containers on curbs or in the public right-of-way, in fire lanes, required parking or anywhere that blocks traffic or sight lines. No container permit exists — keep it on the property.

Who may haul: Irving requires a council franchise for solid waste collection (§33-17, §33-18.4; 5% of gross), but §33-18.3 says the article does not apply to a service "operated by a person engaged in collecting construction and demolition debris" or landscape waste. The City runs its own roll-off service too (Solid Waste Services, 972-721-2232) without claiming exclusivity. Of the cities we serve, Irving is the clearest for construction containers; mixed household-junk loads are the grey area, and we will say so when you book.

Summarized from the city's published code and web pages as read in October 2026. Codes change — confirm with the department listed before you rely on it.

How it works

Booking a dumpster in Irving

Booking a container here takes one phone call and about five minutes.

  1. 1

Call and tell us the job

One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the container needs to sit, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No forms, no waiting on an email.

  2. 2

We size it and quote it flat

You get one number covering delivery, the 7-day rental, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.

  3. 3

    Delivered where you want it

The driver walks the spot with you and sets the container square on the driveway, lot or job site, boards under the rails. Same-day in Dallas if you called before noon.

  4. 4

    Load at your own pace

Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.

  5. 5

We haul it and sort it right

Concrete, metal and green waste get routed for recovery where North Texas facilities allow; the rest goes to a permitted landfill. You get your driveway back the way you left it.

Local answers

Dumpster rental in Irving — common questions

Is Irving same-day?

Usually, yes — about 19 minutes up Loop 12. Call before noon.

Can a dumpster sit at the curb in Irving?

No. The City's code bars commercial containers on curbs and in the right-of-way. The driveway or lot is the answer.

Does Irving restrict who can supply a roll-off?

Irving's franchise rule expressly excludes construction and demolition haulers, so construction containers are the clearest case of any city we serve. Mixed household loads are a grey area we will explain on the phone.

Service area

Every DFW city we cover

We run roll-off containers out of our south-west Dallas yard to every city below. Dallas and the southern suburbs are usually same-day; the north and east of the metroplex are next-day. Several cities reserve roll-offs to their own contracted hauler — each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.
