Services
Metro Bin Dallas provides temporary roll-off dumpster rental — delivery, placement, pickup and disposal of non-hazardous material — and crew-loaded junk removal, across Dallas and the DFW metroplex. All rentals are subject to availability and to the rules of the city where the container is placed, including any city ordinance governing who may supply a container there.
Booking and payment
Customers agree to give accurate information: the delivery address, placement instructions and what will go in the container. Full payment or a deposit may be required before delivery. We accept major credit and debit cards, electronic payments and business checks; declined or late payment may delay or cancel service. Prices are in US dollars and include delivery, pickup and disposal within the stated weight allowance. Additional charges apply for excess weight, extended rental and prohibited material.
Rental period and extensions
The standard rental period is 7 days unless otherwise agreed. Extensions are available at a daily or weekly rate. Call or text before the end of the rental period to schedule pickup or extend.
Use of the container
Load level with the top rail, keep access clear for pickup and do not move the container once placed. You may not place a container on public property without the permission the city requires. Prohibited items — hazardous waste, paint, oil, chemicals, asbestos, electronics, batteries, fluorescent bulbs, propane tanks, fuel containers, pressurized cylinders, tires and medical waste — may not be placed in the container; doing so incurs disposal fees and may carry legal penalties. Customers are responsible for blocked or overloaded containers.
Property and placement
We take care in placement and use boards under the rails on paved surfaces. Customers accept responsibility for surface damage to driveways, lawns or curbs unless protective measures were requested before delivery, and for ensuring the surface can bear a loaded container.
Permits and local compliance
Where a container will sit in a public right-of-way, the customer is responsible for obtaining the permission required by the City of Dallas or the relevant municipality. We will tell you what the city asks for, but the responsibility rests with the customer.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund. Same-day cancellations or missed deliveries may incur a service fee. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of confirmation.
Liability
Metro Bin Dallas is not liable for damage, injury or loss arising from improper use or loading of a container, failure to comply with local law or permit requirements, weather, natural disasters or unforeseen delays, or customer negligence during the rental. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental in question.
