Roll-Off Dumpster Rental across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex
Every job we do is a roll-off: an open-top steel container that rolls off the back of the truck onto your driveway, lot or job site, sits there while you fill it, and rolls back on when you call. This page is about the box itself — the sizes, the weight, the space it needs and the price — for anyone who just wants to know what they are renting.
Our yard is at 4540-4576 Brass Way in far south-west Dallas, off S Cockrell Hill Road between Ledbetter and I-20. From there, I-20, US-67, Loop 12 and I-35E put most of the metroplex within an hour.

How a roll-off works
The truck backs in, tilts its bed and rolls the container off onto the spot you agreed with the driver. The container has a swing door at the back for walking heavy items in and open sides for throwing over. You load it level with the top rail — never above it, because an over-full container cannot be transported safely or legally — and call when it is done. The truck comes back, winches it on and hauls it to the disposal site.
Space is the thing to check before you book: about 25 feet of straight, level run for a 10 yard, 35 feet for a 20 or 30, 40 feet for a 40, plus overhead clearance for the lift. Low branches and power lines are the usual DFW obstacles.
What the flat price includes
Delivery, the 7-day rental, pickup and disposal up to the stated tonnage. The three things that add to it are going over the included weight, keeping the container past the rental window, and prohibited items found in the load. We explain all three on the first call. Typical pricing across the metroplex runs from about $350 to $750 depending on size, debris and distance.

Roll-off rental across DFW — one honest note
The metroplex is not one market. Dallas lets franchised private haulers supply roll-offs; Irving leaves construction haulers alone; and a long list of suburbs — Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Lewisville, Mesquite, Arlington, Rowlett, DeSoto among them — reserve temporary roll-offs to their own contracted hauler by ordinance. We would rather say so here than find out on delivery day. Each city page quotes the rule.

Answers
Roll-Off Dumpster Rental — your questions answered
What is the difference between a roll-off and a regular dumpster?
A regular commercial dumpster is a front-load bin emptied on a route every week. A roll-off is a temporary open-top container delivered for a job and hauled away when you are done.
How full can I load it?
Level with the top rail. Anything above it cannot be transported safely, and the driver will have to leave it or ask you to unload it.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
No. Agree the spot with us in advance, keep it clear, and the driver sets it down. Same for pickup.
How quickly can you deliver?
Same-day in Dallas and the southern suburbs when you call before noon; next morning for most of the rest of the metroplex.
What does a roll-off cost in Dallas?
Typically $350 to $750 flat rate depending on size and material, with delivery, pickup, a 7-day rental and the included tonnage all in. Call for a firm number for your address.
