Roll-off dumpster rental across Dallas and the metroplex

Metro Bin Dallas runs out of a yard at 4540-4576 Brass Way in far south-west Dallas, off S Cockrell Hill Road between Ledbetter Drive and I-20. The reason we exist is simple: renting a dumpster around here too often meant an out-of-state call center, a "starting from" price and a delivery window nobody could actually promise. So we do the opposite. One number that covers the job. A delivery window we hit. A local person on the phone rather than a form on a website.

The metroplex is a region of very different jobs. The big lots of Preston Hollow and Lakewood get torn down and rebuilt; the post-war streets of Oak Cliff and Casa Linda get kitchens, roofs and floors; downtown, Uptown and the Stemmons corridor keep putting up apartments and warehouses; and every spring, hail and wind decide what everyone is clearing. Knowing which of those a call is before the truck leaves the yard is most of the job.

Whatever you are clearing — a garage or a whole house, a job site, a yard full of storm debris or a rental you want emptied by a crew — the container exists for it. Call (214) 239-1274 and describe it in a sentence.

How it works

Five steps, one phone call

Most bookings take under five minutes.

  1. 1

Call and tell us the job

One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the container needs to sit, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No forms, no waiting on an email.

  2. 2

We size it and quote it flat

You get one number covering delivery, the 7-day rental, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.

  3. 3

    Delivered where you want it

The driver walks the spot with you and sets the container square on the driveway, lot or job site, boards under the rails. Same-day in Dallas if you called before noon.

  4. 4

    Load at your own pace

Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.

  5. 5

We haul it and sort it right

Concrete, metal and green waste get routed for recovery where North Texas facilities allow; the rest goes to a permitted landfill. You get your driveway back the way you left it.

Local knowledge

Sixteen cities, and we know the driveways

There is a difference between covering an area and knowing it. We know which Oak Cliff streets run tight, which Frisco and Allen subdivisions have HOA placement rules, which cities reserve roll-offs to their own contracted hauler, and what I-35E is doing at four in the afternoon.

Our service area page lists every city we cover, grouped by how far it is from the yard, and each city has its own page covering access, housing stock and what that city's own code says about containers and who may supply one.

Why us

Why people call us back

  • You reach the yard, not a call center

The phone rings in Dallas. Whoever picks up knows the difference between a Lakewood driveway and a Cedar Hill acre lot, and what the Tollway is doing that afternoon.

  • One flat price, said out loud

Delivery, the 7-day rental, pickup, fuel, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance in a single number. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.

  • Same-day in Dallas, next-day across DFW

Call before noon and most Dallas, DeSoto, Cedar Hill, Grand Prairie and Irving orders go out the same afternoon. Plano, Frisco and Rockwall are usually next morning — honestly, and in advance.

  • Driveway and lot aware

Boards go under the rails on every driveway as standard, and the driver will tell you before delivery if a tight lot or an alley-loaded garage needs a different approach.

  • The right box, not the biggest

Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard loaded level is the honest answer for your broken-up patio, that is what we will quote you.

  • Built for hail season

Every spring North Texas clears roofs, fences and limbs all at once. We size for it, we queue honestly, and we tell you where you are in the line.

Credentials

What you are actually hiring

Plain, checkable facts about who you would be working with — no invented star ratings or reviews.

  • Licensed and insured

Licensed and insured, with a certificate of insurance for your property manager, general contractor or builder on request.

  • Based in Dallas

The yard is at 4540-4576 Brass Way, Dallas 75236. The number on this page reaches it, not an answering service in another state.

  • All of DFW

Cedar Hill and DeSoto to Frisco and McKinney, Arlington to Rockwall. We tell you honestly which runs are same-day and which are next-day before you book.

  • Sorted for recovery, not the landfill

Clean concrete, scrap metal and green waste get routed for recovery where North Texas facilities allow — good practice, not a legal requirement here.

DFW cities we deliver to

We run roll-off containers out of our south-west Dallas yard to every city below. Dallas and the southern suburbs are usually same-day; the north and east of the metroplex are next-day. Several cities reserve roll-offs to their own contracted hauler — each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.

Answers

Dumpster rental in Dallas — your questions

How much does it cost to rent a dumpster in Dallas?

Typically $350 to $750 flat rate depending on size — a 10 yard at the low end, a 30 at the high end, the 40 quoted per job. That covers delivery, pickup, a 7-day rental and the included tonnage. Heavy material like concrete or roofing, extra days and a city street permit are the things that add to it. Call (214) 239-1274 for a firm quote for your address.

How quickly can you deliver a dumpster in Dallas?

In Dallas and the southern suburbs, a call before noon is usually an afternoon delivery. The far north and east of the metroplex — Plano, Frisco, Rockwall, McKinney — are next morning. We tell you which when you call.

Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Dallas?

We found no City of Dallas rule requiring one on your own driveway or private property. In a street, alley or sidewalk the City treats it as occupying the right-of-way: Public Works Right-of-Way Management (214-948-4290) issues right-of-way and traffic control permits, and a lane closure needs a traffic control plan. Other cities differ — Cedar Hill flatly bars obstructions in the right-of-way, Lewisville requires containers on private property. We flag it when you book.

What can't go in a dumpster in Dallas?

Paint, solvents, fuel and oil, propane tanks, pool and lawn chemicals, batteries, tires, electronics, medical waste and asbestos. The City of Dallas Home Chemical Collection Center takes most household hazardous waste. Fridges and air conditioners need refrigerant removal first.

Will a dumpster damage my driveway?

A loaded roll-off is heavy, and boards go under the rails as standard on every paved drive. The driver will tell you before delivery if a surface needs something more.

Which dumpster size do I need?

Volume and weight are two separate limits and the material decides which runs out first. A kitchen is a 15, a whole-house cleanout a 20, a renovation to the studs a 30, and broken-up concrete a 10 loaded level. The size guide covers it; the phone call confirms it.

Do you deliver across all of DFW?

Yes — sixteen cities from Cedar Hill and DeSoto to Frisco and McKinney, Arlington to Rockwall. Several of them reserve roll-off containers to their own contracted hauler by ordinance; each city page quotes what that city's code says, and we tell you straight on the phone.

When is the best time of year to book?

The week after a big hailstorm is our busiest of the year, and the weeks before spring are the quietest. For a planned renovation, a few days' notice gets you the size you want on the day you want it.
